The Loves of Cynthia (1972)

A look at 1972’s The Loves of Cynthia, a film starring a close friend of The Kray Twins, and possibly made by the same people who brought us The Sinful Dwarf (1973). Incidentally, the actress in the ‘mystery’ film I mention is called Birte Tove, just in case I’ve screwed up in pronouncing her name.

 

Dead or Alive redux

A few years ago I wrote several reviews for the book ‘Dead or Alive: British horror films 1980-1989’ a no-stone-left-unturned look at the British horror film scene during that decade.  So i’m delighted to hear that a new, updated edition of the book is on its way, and here is a promo video for the new edition by its editor Darrell Buxton.
