I’m back on youtube, this time to take a look at the 1962 film ‘My Bare Lady’ the only British nudist camp film to explain what a pasty is and to deal with the touchy subjects of post-traumatic stress disorder and bare assed milkmen.
Around the World with Nothing On was supposedly inspired by prestigious Oscar-winner Around the World in Eighty Days, but that title sums up the quaint/bizarre quality of these movies.
Anyway, the best nudist camp movie is A Shot in the Dark, where Peter Sellers goes undercover with no cover at all in search of Elke Sommer. If that counts, it's a ten minute bit of the film, but I think it has an attitude the actual nudism movies would have done well to emulate, because they're so keen not to offend they're a bit dull.
